Argentina: Scientists discover how to change the sex of animals

A group of scientists from the University of Buenos Aires discovered a technique that will allow changing the sex of the animals

This process involves the cloning of sex determining chromosomes of the animal. The chromosomes that determine sex are two: X and Y.
Two chromosomes “X” indicates that the animal is male, and two chromosomes “and” female.
The purpose of strong>this new technique is to increase the production of animal husbandry.
For now are working with cows, but in the future also apply to other animal species, reportes EFE.
