“I really agree with the Socialist Party because we have reached an agreement. Therefore, the measures that I will present tomorrow will be measures agreed by the Popular Party, the Socialist Party, Ciudadanos and the Government. Then, each one qualifies them as he sees fit and convenient. The only thing I want to say now is that the fundamental objective of these measures is to return to compliance with the Law, because there can not be a part of a country where the Law is not applied, the Law does not exist; and at the same time, return to the situation of institutional normality”.
