Madrid / President of the Government, Mariano Rajoy, has announced a plan to try to make Spanish “the global language for communication, science and technology”.
Rajoy has set this plan as one of the priorities of his Government for the legislature.
“We are going to try to project Spanish as a global idea“, explained the Chief Executive, who has specified that for this the Government will present a plan.
The plan will be presented on January 24 at the Art Museum Reina Sofía.
The commitment to Spanish has been included by Rajoy in a series of priorities for the legislature at the weekly meeting of the PP National Board.
In addition to economic recovery, job creation and attention to citizens, the President of the Government of Spain has added climate change, research, development and innovation, and cybersecurity as priority issues. (January 16, 2018, EFE/Practica Español)
